Returns & Exchange
Eligible
- If there is a manufacturing defect we will take the responsibility.
- Product is not as per the specifications mentioned on the website.
- 2 days from the receiving of the order.
Please email the defect picture along with your order no to websupport1@maspar.com We will respond within 24 hours or earlier.
Not Eligible
- Item bought on a discount will not be returned or exchanged.
- Custom size items cannot be returned. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Monogrammed items and Made to Order items including rugs and curtains are not eligible for returns.
- If the order is more than 2 days of receiving it is not eligible for a return.
General

- In case of return or exchange shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Reverse logistics will be charged to the customer as per actual.

Refunds
- Once your return is approved,
- we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- If the order has been placed on COD NEFT details (Account number, Account holder name and IFSC code) will be required to process the refund, please email the same to websupport1@maspar.com mentioning the order number.
- Refund get processed and credited to your account within 5-7 business days.
